Semiconductor and Integrated OptoElectronics (SIOE) Conference
SIOE (or "show" in Welsh) is an annual conference held in Cardiff (usually in the week before easter) and organised by the School Of Electrical Engineering in Bangor and the School of Physics and Astronomy in Cardiff. The conference aims to provide an informal atmosphere for the discussion of research in semiconductor opto-electronics.

Specialist Postgraduate Lectures
These lectures are intended to provide background material for PhD projects in the Group, particularly those related to the physics of quantum well and quantum dot structures and their use in laser diodes.
