Here is a brief overview of the schedule for this years conference.

A welcome reception will take place on Sunday September 2nd at the conference venue to give delegates an early opportunity to pick up their delegate information pack and to meet the friends and colleagues. Refreshments will be served.

The conference technical programme will run from Monday September 3rd to Friday September 7th. Each day will begin with two plenary presentations before the conference divides into four parallel sessions. Each session will contain both invited (keynote) and contributed oral presentations.

NOTE: Instructions for all those presenting oral and poster content to the conference are given HERE.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday there will be a two-hour poster presentation to follow the oral sessions. Refreshments will also be available.

On Tuesday evening there will be a civic reception at the National Museum of Wales, which is conveniently situated next to the conference venue.

On Thursday evening the Grand Banquet will take place in the conference venue.
