Cardiff NovotelThe Conference has negotiated reduced rates at a number of excellent hotels in close proximity to the conference venue. We also have University accommodation available offering budget options including breakfast.

We strongly recommend that conference delegates make their accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. Cardiff is hosting part of the Rugby Union World Cup which begins on the day after the conference ends.

2007-07-09 - Update: Some of the conference partner hotels are now full. This reflects both the number of delegates planning to attend the conference and the fact that Cardiff will be busy in September.

We still have availability to suit all budgets. In particular we still have plenty of rooms available at:

  • Cardiff Hilton
  • Mercure Holland House
  • Gordon Hall (Cardiff University Accommodation)
In addition the following hotels have just extended their allocation to the conference:
  • The Big Sleep Hotel
  • Ibis Hotel
  • The Royal

The reduced rates we have negotiated will only be available for bookings made during the pre-registration period, ending on July 18th.

Here is a map of the City Centre which might help you choose your accommodation. The squares are approximately 400m x 400m.
